I’m Katie, a Nutritional Therapist who has overcome many of the same health challenges I now help my clients with. I support women to lose weight sustainably, balance hormones, manage stress and feel confident in their own skin.
My programmes are designed around your individual needs – no strict calorie counting or cutting out foods you love. Instead, we focus on nutrition and lifestyle changes that restore energy, motivation and wellbeing. Mid-life is not the beginning of the end but an opportunity to thrive, and with the right support you can see lasting changes in just 6–12 weeks.

Working together
Optimising your health can require a series of changes over a period of time. Whilst some positive changes can be seen quickly, there's generally no 'quick fix'. Therefore my programmes are set at 12 weeks. I have 3 different levels depending on individual requirements and these can be discussed during your free health check. Regular contact with me over a period of time, is the most effective way for you to achieve your goals.
